Who it's for

Racers and fast riders who want water on their back and nothing else moving. This is deliberately minimal - 230 g, 2 litres of water, and not much room for anything you did not plan to bring. If you want to carry a jacket, tools, lunch and a spare tube, this is the wrong pack. USWE pitches it at MTB, XC, gravel and stage racing.

Capacity and fit

2.0 litres in the included Elite bladder, in a body 32 cm long, 16 cm wide and 9 cm deep. The bladder fills most of the pack; the top zip pocket takes a phone - deliberately not enough to tempt you into carrying more.

The No Dancing Monkey 1.0 PRO harness is a patented four-point system that pulls the pack against your back rather than hanging it off your shoulders, so it stays stable in every riding position. It is one size, for a chest of 84-110 cm.

Drinking and refilling

The Elite bladder uses a Plug-n-Play coupling, so the tube unclips from the reservoir for refills. It rides in an insulated sleeve weighing 25 g that keeps the water cooler for longer on a hot ride; leave the sleeve out if you would rather save the weight.
