The new Apple Pie gel provides 30 grams of carbohydrates per serve, our highest carb gel, flavoured with natural flavours it really does taste like real apple pie.

FAQ's

How Much and When?
Science tells us that consuming 30-60 grams + of carbs per hour (even higher in ultra endurance activities), within a session, will enhance performance. Although it may feel early, this should start in the very first hour, ideally 10-15 min pre start. We generally suggest 1-2 gels hourly on top of your electrolyte hydration but trial this in training and adjust to suit you.
