In order to choose the correct tube size, you need to match it with the size of your bike tire. This information is typically printed on the side of your tire and includes the diameter and width. Be sure to select a tube that is compatible with both the diameter and width of your tire. If you’re unsure, consult the manufacturer’s specifications or ask our helpful team for support.
Although it’s best to use a tube that matches the size of your tire, sometimes this is tricky. If you can’t find an exact match, you can use a tube that covers a range of sizes (e.g., 700x28-32mm for 700x28c tires). Just ensure the tube fits the width and diameter of your tire, as using an incorrect tube size can affect your ride quality or even cause the tube to burst.
Tubeless tires do not require an inner tube. Instead, they create an airtight seal directly between the tire and the rim. This can reduce the risk of flats, as the tire is less likely to pinch and more resistant to punctures. Tubeless systems require special rims and sealing tape, as well as a valve to allow inflation.
