Flow 25L MTB Protector Pack

The USWE Flow 25L is the bigger of USWE's two Flow protector packs: 25 litres of trail storage wrapped around an integrated Level 1 CE-certified SAS-TEC full back protector. The protector is removable, and the No Dancing Monkey 2.0 harness keeps the whole load tight to your back.

Who it's for

Mountain bikers who want a back protector in the pack and still need room for more than the bare essentials - a jacket, food, tools, and pads or a helmet strapped on outside. If your ride kit fits a smaller bag, the Flow 16L does the same job in 16 litres. We stock the 25L for riders who would rather have the space and not need it.

Capacity and fit

The Flow 25L measures 54 x 29 x 22 cm and weighs 1495 g without the protector fitted. A long zip opens the main compartment wide onto organiser pockets, and a soft-lined zippered pocket in the top panel looks after goggles or gadgets. The outside compression system cinches everything down, so even a full pack stays slim and does not pull you off balance.

Fit comes from USWE's No Dancing Monkey 2.0 harness with the Snug-Me waist support belt and NDM buckle, which hold the pack against you instead of letting it hang off your shoulders. The Flow 25L suits torso lengths from 45 to 55 cm. A helmet carry system and armour attachment points take your lid and pads when they are off, the front straps accept clip-on pockets for a phone or snacks, and a rain cover is included.

Drinking and refilling

The Flow 25L takes a hydration bladder of up to 3 litres, sold separately. Its drink tube is secured on the shoulder strap, keeping it tidy and close to hand on the move.

The back protector

Built into the back panel is a Level 1 CE-certified full back protector from SAS-TEC. The protector is removable from the Flow 25L.
