FAQ's

Can I leave the stuffsack/pumpsack at home? Will mouth inflating the mat damage it?
You can mouth-inflate our Air Sprung Cell mats. Inflating an Ether Light will take 20+ breaths (depending on lung capacity). Whereas using the integrated pumpsack reduces this to three or four breaths. Moisture from condensed breath inside a mat should be dried out before long-term storage.

What's the coldest temperature the Ether Light XR is designed for?
Temperature ratings for sleeping mats are estimates, based on air temperature (even though the ground temperature may be much colder). The R-Value of 4.1 is suitable down to conditions where a hard frost might occur.

Are there any PFAS / flame retardant treatments on the mat?
All Sea to Summit sleep products (mats, sleeping bags, liners and pillows) are non-PFAS and flame-retardant free.
