No prep! Precut and blanched broccoli florets freeze-dried for lightweight adventures. Boiling water can be added to the bag or you can remove the number of florets needed and add to your one-pot wonder.

1/2 cup or 75 grams of freshly cooked veg is equal to one serve. Potatoes are 100 grams per serve.
