aluminum - the best material for the manufacture of sections of trekking poles. It is strong, well suited to the mechanical requirements for the production of various components and, last but not least, it is environmentally friendly as it is fully recyclable. Vipole uses exclusively aluminum alloy Alu 7075 – F56, which is widely used in aircraft construction. To guarantee protection from external factors, all aluminum components undergo an anodizing process, which makes them resistant to oxidation and corrosion.
Thin Shaft 12/14/16 mm
this technology allows you to produce trekking poles with a reduced section diameter: 12/14/16 mm instead of the usual 14/16/18 mm, without compromising strength. This is achieved thanks to the use of modern materials Alu 7075-F56 and 100% HM Carbon. Such trekking poles are better balanced, sway less while walking, have low wind resistance and at the same time provide weight savings of up to 15%.
RoundHead
the special rounded shape of the handle allows you to use the grip of the stick from above without fear of injuring the palm and the carpal joint. Such a grip provides greater convenience and reliability of support on steep slopes, as well as additional comfort when walking on flat terrain.
The Automatic Plume Strap
is the comfort standard for straps used in trekking poles. It is completely made of high-strength polyester, has no seams, is very soft and pleasant to the touch, breathable, high-strength and light: it saves 9 grams of weight compared to standard straps.
QuickLock
is an external angular system for fixing sections of a telescopic pole with aluminum clamps, which has a number of undeniable advantages. QuickLock allows you to quickly change the length of the telescopic pole on slopes or climbs. The convenience of this system is felt during rain, when the sections of the telescopic pole are wet and can slip in the hands. In conditions of sub-zero temperatures, the eccentric lever has a comfortable grip and does not freeze to the stick, and adjustment can be made even without removing thick winter gloves, while the force of the lever fixation is set by the user himself. At the same time, the manufacturer also left the internal TwistLock collet clamp in the design. Aluminum clips are more compact and reliable compared to plastic ones. Thus, even if the external fastener is accidentally unfastened or broken, the stick will continue to perform its functions, thanks to the internal fixation system.
